DSR Public Health Foundation is hosting a community health event to provide BMI screenings and education on chronic disease prevention including but not limited to heart disease, diabetes, oral health and resources on quitting tobacco. This event is specifically for families with a focus on youth age 12-18. We are excited to announce new program, Youth Health Leadership Madison County, for youth and will be providing more information on how to apply.
