WHAT WE DO
DSR Public Health Foundation is committed to enhancing community well-being through various initiatives. It connects communities to essential resources, provides educational materials, and offers youth tutoring to ensure academic success. The foundation also supports youth programs that foster development and leadership skills and provides scholarships for at-risk youth to pursue higher education. Through these efforts, DSR Public Health Foundation works to improve public health outcomes, support educational advancement, and empower the next generation.

Led by veteran epidemiologist and healthcare administrator Dr. Shamarial Roberson, DSR Public Health Foundation’s mission is to provide evidence-based strategies to meet the needs of communities and improve public health outcomes through innovative approaches, with a focus on youth and families in Florida’s rural counties.
